YOUR TIME, WELL SPENT

How it works

USING LIFETIME

Record a habit. See your time.

  1. Choose Exercise, Food, or Water. Log activity is a shortcut to all of these categories.
  2. Enter the details. Exercise, food, and water contribute to estimated LIFE time. Water rewards have a daily limit, so recording more does not always add time.
  3. Open the total time card on Overview to see your Life Ledger. Open a date for its entries and daily total.

What LIFE time means

LIFE time is approximate feedback on your recorded habits, expressed in time. The preview calculations have not been formally calibrated and do not predict added lifespan.

Food starts from the amount eaten: countable foods use an editable typical whole-item weight, while equal gram portions share the same base curve and distinct foods can add variety. Ball sports use small sport-specific adjustments alongside active time and effort.

Water rewards are a provisional product rule, not a drinking target. Do not drink extra water to earn time.

A routine, over time

Consistent activity and a mix of movements can add to your estimate. Daily entries are considered together, so splitting one session or food portion into several entries does not repeat its full reward.

Keep your entries accurate

Record each activity session once. Exclude running and ball-sport steps from a walking entry. Walking can use recorded steps or estimate them from distance or duration.

You can edit or delete entries on their category pages. Changes to a past entry may also update later estimates in your ledger.
