Your privacy
This page describes the data used by the current Lifetime app.
Sign-in and your ledger
Sign-in provides an account identifier and basic account information to the app. Your ledger is associated with your account identifier. Saved entries are stored by the service, so they can be loaded when you sign in again.
What you enter
Your saved record includes the dates and details you provide for exercise, food, and water. It also includes calculated estimates and any walking age you choose to save. The service keeps a history of changes with entry identifiers, action times, and LIFE time adjustments.
Editing and deleting
You can edit or delete individual entries from Exercise, Food, and Water. Deleting removes the entry from the current ledger; its identifier, change time, and time adjustment may remain in the change history. This version does not yet provide account-wide export or deletion controls.
Connected services
Lifetime uses the hosting and sign-in services that deliver this website. This version does not connect to wearables or import health records from another app. The hosting and sign-in providers handle their own service data under their applicable privacy terms.
